How do I track my order? To track your order, you need to login first and click on the Order Status Link. Enter your order number and click on Go. Orderstatus is displayed subsequently. How do I cancel an order? To cancel an order, you must contact our sales team Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST at (786) 344-2575. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Special order items MAY NOT be cancelled. AIRSEA USA does not accept an emailed notice of cancellation. AIRSEA USA  does not refund shipping charges incurred for a cancelled shipment. Do you accept international orders? International Orders are reviewed individually by our sales team. International Customers may be requested to pre-pay for orders in cash (or equiv) prior to product release. [Top] How do I create an account? To create an Account, Click on the Signup link. In the registration page fill in your details like user name, password, email id, address etc. and submit. How do I edit my account information? For Editing your Account information, you need to login first and then click on Account Info link, to see and modify your account details. I forgot my password? If you have forgot your password, click on the Forgot password link. Subsequently, you need to enter your user name or email address. The Password will be mailed to you at the email address given while registering. [Top] What forms of payment do you accept? This Site accepts the following cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover etc. You may also pay through C.O.D, check or Wire Transfer depending upon the Merchant Settings. [Top] Has my order shipped? To Check your Order status, you need to login first. Click on Order status link to check your order status by giving the Order number. All shipped orders are designated as a Sales Invoice. If you placed your order through the web store, you will automatically get an emailed copy of your completed order and tracking number. How can I add a shipping address to my address list? You may not add a shipping address. The only way we will be able to ship your order to an additional shipping address is by you making another form of payment other than credit card. You will have to pay by wire transfer, money order, cashier's check or any similar form before we can ship your order to a different address. Can I have more than one shipping address? No. If your billing address is a POB or military location then AIRSEA USA  will allow for an additional shipping address. Please make sure your credit card company has authorized the new shipping address for your credit card or send payment by wire transfer, money order, cashier's check or any other similar form. What is a default shipping address? The default shipping address is the same address used as your credit card billing address. This is for your protection. Additional shipping address options are provided for those with POB and military mailing addresses. [Top] How do I return a product? To return a product you MUST have an Return Merchant Authorization Number (RMA). Please call our Customer Support team Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST. Call (786) 344-2575. See the site Terms and Conditions for details reguarding warranty and returns. What types of item returns are accepted? AIR SEA USA will accept returns for credit and returns for repair. Credit returns are accepted with a 15% RESTOCKING fee and only within the first 30 days. Returns for repair are accepted at anytime within the product warranty period. Downloadable Items include e-books, e-documents, software programs, sound samples, music etc How much time does it take download? The download time depends on your net connection speed and the number of users that are connected to our server at that particular instant of time. [Top] What is shop by brand? Shop by Brand is a feature for easy identification and shopping of a particular product. The user can switch the mode by clicking on Shop by Brands link on the page. By default the shop will be displaying items by categories. How can I get back to categories? If you are shopping by brand and if u need to switch to categories, there will be a link for Shop by Categories. On clicking it you will have the option of shopping by categories. [Top] How can I place an order without using my credit card? ALL online purchases MUST be made with a valid credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Money Orders, Cashiers Check, PayPal and everybody's favorite CASH. Can I place an order without registering my account? Yes, you can order by phone through our mail-order sales team Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST at (786) 344-2575. You MUST register before you can make purchases online. We understand how valuable your time is and our web registration has been designed to be quick and easy. Once you have registered with us for online purchases, you need not give your address and credit card details on future visits to our web store. What are the benefits of registration? As a registered customer, you become entitled to special discount offers and promotional web coupons. These offers are valid for both our web order customers and orders made through our phone mail-order division. Can I change the expiration date of a credit card in my list? No. You need to contact the sales department before your next purchase to update your Credit Card expiration date. Why do I sometimes get this message - "There are more number of shoppers than the shop can allow!! Please come back after some time."? This message will appear if the number of customers in the online web store exceeds the number that can be handled by the system. This message is displayed to any customer who visits the shop after the limit for permissible shoppers has been reached. Sales Tax The Sales Tax is calculated at the Placer county rate of 7% for all Florida residents. US residents with a ship to location outside of Florida are not currenty charged sales tax.
