This amazing product replaces keyed locking mechanisms with a fingerprint sensor which recognizes who is who and who is not authorized to enter.
The BioTech XL500 fingerprint door lock utilizes a sliding weather resistant cover that protects the lock and sensor against precipitation and UV damage. The cover also acts as a power switch to turn on the sensor for scanning your fingerprint. Once your fingerprint is registered, all you will have to do is slide up the weather cover and scan your fingerprint to gain access. It's that simple!
 The BioTech XL500 fingerprint door lock also offers Individual User Deletion, PIN Code Access, a set of backup Keys, and in the event of an emergency the BioTech XL500 is equipped with a 9V battery connector on the outside, simply connect a 9V battery to the connector and power will be instantly restored to the lock. Installation is a breeze and you won't need to modify your existing door if it is a standard US door with an existing single, tubular latch. The BioTech XL500 fingerprint door lock will accommodate up to 150 fingerprint and 78 pin number users. Other single latch locks do not offer user management flexibility, to delete any fingerprints requires a complete device reset. The BioTech XL500 will allow you to add and delete any individual user freely and easily. The BioTech XL500 fingerprint lock is made using a high impact lock body with a state of the art nanotechnology surface. This will help prevent your lock from corrosion, weathering and fading. The BioTech XL500 fingerprint door lock includes a complete 1 Year Warranty and a high-quality stainless steel latch.
Battery Life is NOT a concern. The BioTech XL500 will handle 15,000 uses under normal operation on 1 set of 4 AA batteries.
