With the BioTech state-of-the-art fingerprint authentication technology you can track your employee’s time and attendance with the touch of a finger. Biometric fingerprint authentication is the most accurate way to collect employee time and attendance information. The BioTech X200 verifies an employee’s identity based on the characteristics of their fingerprint. State of the art technological advances in biometrics have now made this surprisingly affordable and popular. The BioTech Fingerprint reading sensor scans any fingerprint in under 1 second; this in turn will make clocking in and out much faster for your employees and at the same time saving your company time and money by paying your employees for the exact time they work. Your company will also reduce costly payroll and data entry errors caused by the old time card system. When punching in or out the large easy to read LCD screen will display the current time, the in/out punch indications, and the name for each employee.
Unlike most of the time clocks sold today the BioTech X200 is a wall mounted standalone device and does not require a computer to collect employee time, it records all employee information in it’s internal memory, up to 50,000 employee records can be stored in the X200 time clock, employee information can be then downloaded to a computer in three options, The first option is by connecting the X200 time clock directly to your network with an Ethernet cable connected to a router or switch on your network, second by connecting the serial com port cable provided directly to a computer you can easily download all the employee records to the software program which automatically calculates the information to view, print and create various time and attendance reports. If you do not want to connect any wires to the time clock you can download records with a USB flash memory stick which works by inserting a USB flash drive into the X200 time clock and downloading the records to the flash drive which can be then taken to the computer which has the time and attendance software installed in it, by inserting the USB flash drive in the computer you can easily upload the employee records to the time & attendance software. The Optional RFID / Proximity ID Card reader automatically records the punch in/out times, giving the X200 another option for employees to clock in/out. The X200 also has our fastest micro processor for more efficient image scanning in a heavily used environment. The X200 also comes standard with voice notifications when employees punch in or out and also displays the employee name on the LCD screen.
The Timekeeper 2000 Payroll Time & Attendance software will automatically calculate total worked hours including overtime. With the click of a button you can import employee data and create many informative time and attendance reports, The Timekeeper 2000 program exports hours and total wages to excel and most major payroll provider’s applications.

With the BioTech Wi-Fi Converter, you can easily download records off the time clock thru a wireless connection (Wi-Fi). You simply connect the BioTech Wi-Fi Modem to the X200 Time Clock and you can control the time clock wirelessly and connect it to any Wi-Fi router or Wi-Fi computer to download employee records and control setting on the time clock.
With the BioTech Modem, you can easily download records off the time clock from a remote location thru a telephone line. If you have multiple locations and want the convenience of doing your payroll from your main office this is a great feature to have. It is very easy to use and does not require any technical knowledge to setup.
The X200 TCP/IP comes with door access control feature, by adding the BioTech Access Controller which connects to the X200 time clock you can control entry to any door allowing only those with authorized access to open the doors assigned by the system and securing your business and property from unauthorized persons.
