**Note: All Systems include feature licenses for call control, voicemail and licenses for Cisco Unified IP Phones. Phones are sold separately; however, no additional phone licence is needed therefore global spare phones can be used.

*Note: Software upgrades require Cisco IOS Software Release XW6 and above on the Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series and Cisco Configuration Assistant 1.5 and above. The 64 user system upgrade requires Cisco IOS Software Release XW9 and above on the Unified Communications 500 Series and Cisco Configuration Assistant 1.8 and above.

**Note: Users can only upgrade to the 64-user system from a 48-user system. Upgrades to a 64-user system from either a 24- or 32-user system are not available.
