Return your parcel to AIR SEA USA facilities, our street address is 8212 N.W. 30th Terrace Miami, Florida 33122.  We will not accept COD return shipments. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA. Download the RMA FORM here or please call our office at (305) 436-5450, Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to obtain an RMA and fill in the RMA FORM  Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return.

If your item reaches us after 30 days from the original shipping date we will ship late items back.

To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition. Any items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If you reject that return shipment, AIR SEA USA reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.

There is a 25% restocking fee per item and the original shipping charges on all returns.

When we receive your items, AIR SEA USA will refund the amount of your order, less 15% for handling fees and the original shipping charges. The refund will then be applied to your PayPal , Credit card account or we will send a check.
Our staff works hard to process returns as quickly as possible.

Please allow 5 to 15 days after we receive the items to process your refund.
